Your statutory consumer rights (in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB) remain unaffected.
1. Voluntary 30-Day Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2. Exclusions
No returns for:
- Limited Editions
- Open Editions
- Originals
- Sale items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@serifa.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos of the damaged product are always required. Photos of packaging alone are not sufficient.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (subject to the above rules). Once the return is accepted, place a new order.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund you to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
